IMG_3461The Lewisville Parks and Recreation Department manages over 3,000 acres of open space, parks, and preserves. From lakeside facilities to neighborhood parks, the park system offers residents and visitors a myriad of opportunities to connect with nature and play outdoors.

You and your family can enjoy a wide range of activities at our parks, including playground areas, jogging trails, picnic areas, disc golf, and tennis. For more information about each of our parks or to locate a park near you, click on the name of the park that is listed in the left-hand navigation under Park Listings.

Park rules and regulations can be found in Chapter 10 of the City of Lewisville Ordinances. You will note that the use of tobacco or electronic nicotine devices will be prohibited at any city park beginning in 2020. Learn more about our Tobacco Free Parks initiative.

If you are interested in reserving a park facility, visit the Facility Rentals page or contact the Parks and Recreation Administrative Office at 972.219.3550.
