*The restrooms at East Copperas Branch Park are closed due to repairs.*
The annual pass will no longer be a window decal. This change allows annual pass holders to access Lake Park and Tower Bay by using any vehicle. Also, starting Jan. 1, annual passes will be available for sale online via PlayLewisville.com. This will eliminate the need to come into the offices or stop at the tollbooth to purchase an annual pass. Visitors will still be able to purchase a pass in person at those locations.
East Copperas Branch Park, more commonly known as Tower Bay, is located at 3000 N. Stemmons Freeway on the East side of I- 35 along Lewisville Lake, just south of the Lewisville Lake bridge . Tower Bay is open year round and accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This boat launch is protected from the rough waters of the open lake, making it a an ideal spot to launch your watercraft and perfect for fisherman who get out on the water early or come off the lake late. The boat launch, courtesy dock, and parking lot are also in close proximity of each other. Tower Bay is operated by the City of Lewisville Parks & Recreation Department on property leased from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. A valid season pass or entrance fee is required to access Tower Bay.
A payment kiosk system has been installed and functional at Tower Bay. The daily entry rate is $10 paid by credit card only. We only accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.
If you are a season pass holder and need to gain access to Tower Bay, please contact our PARD administration office at 972.219.3550.
